Third Times the Charm(?) - Another look at the Crosley RSD3 mini record player

This is the third one of these things I have bought in two months. The first one I bought (which I used for my previous two videos) played the records too fast and the pitch control didn't work (I adjusted the speed of the audio I recorded with it and the video I filmed in the Roy Orbison and Bad Religion records for this thing I uploaded videos for back in December). The second one had a pitch control that worked, but this time it played too slow at the normal speed, and I had to turn up the pitch on it to get it right, and the audio was draggy/wobbly), so I returned that one and got the third unit you see here today. This time, the pitch control worked and the default speed of it was correct, but it still sounds like there are some problems here. There are parts of the recording where the background music sounds draggy/wobbly but the vocals sounds fine (which doesn't make any sense and confuses me as much as it probably does to you, but you'll probably hear what I mean when you listen to the recording in this video). I am reluctant to exchange it yet again, but I think this is probably as good as I can get with these things. I've seen others who make YouTube videos about this thing and their units are working perfectly, but why do the three units I have bought since December have the flaws they do? And what do you think the problem with this unit could be? Leave a comment below if you think you can identify the problem.

The adapter is probably making it sound wobbly because the hole is bigger than the spindle.
