Honestly, I think Emma's exactly what we've needed most from a Vanguard; Someone who can effectively deal with flyers. Her beam looks to be hitscan so it'll be easier to snipe flyers out of the sky and her shield being a deployable instead of something she has to hold up means she can protect her team while dealing with threats unlike Mag and Strange.

She also looks like she'll have a relatively high skill ceiling, what with having two forms and a bunch of CC abilities that are useful in different situations. I especially like the implications of her Mind Crush ability, considering just how heavily it chunked that Groot.

Her Ultimate seems like it puts enemies in a TRANCE, making them unable to fight, making them easy targets for teammates.

As someone who has been wanting Blade since the inception of Marvels Rivals, I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, that he isn’t coming in S2. However, the only thing that sold me on Emma Frost, is that Fking Choke slam, roundhouse kick combo, imagine catching one of those pesky Spiders, or Jeff for the Memes.

0:56 It seems like in her diamond form she has some or maybe total immunity to projectiles. It’s pretty fast but Cap does a shield toss and she doesn’t take damage. Considering also that they only showed melee characters against her

2:15 could be an anti heal feature like Strange, maybe switching to her crystal form or something break it. Possibly to balance her from being OP and just shredding everyone constantly

Emma Frost is supposed to be one of the most powerful telepaths on the planet, with very few who can contend (like Phoenix and Charles Xavier). The Rivals did an exceptional job.

OMG A NEW MAIN TANK HELL And no, she's not an off tank, she has a SHIELD, high health, high survivability, strong CC, and strong frontline damage.

I can finally play Thor without worrying about solo tanking, the devs definetly licensed to our cries about the lack of tanks and healers
