In Scotland you see all these beautiful fit people walking through out the town. Obesity is fairly rare. Many shop by walking about instead of driving. My eighty three year old mother decided it’s time to go back to her homeland to visit, so we packed up and took her. We went through Glasgow but if I went again Edinburgh would be my entry because there’s so much to see there. I’m taking my grandkids in a couple years. They have to see their roots after high school as they set sites on adulthood so they don’t get lost.
