What you don't understand is the cats are super fast and it would be hard for the lion to catch any house cat. While the lion is focusing on catching just one cat, the other cats would be scratching up the lion really badly. It would be so many scratches that eventually the skin would come off the lion in just minutes as the lion is trying to chase down a single cat.

I don't see 100 cats being able to kill a lion even if it's just sitting there doing nothing. How exactly would they kill it? Their scratches wouldn't penetrate its thick skin, nor would their bites.

They give statistics of the lions stamina my opinion is it has to do major combat against the hippo crocodile other large enemies who's level of stamina are different so far lions don't like to loose so there could be a big level of stamina for the lion in which case try 2 to 300 little cats with a good portion dieing through power swipes
