not your keys not your coins. every coin that you lend by locking/staking may and will be used to manipulate crypto markets.

Never leave your cryptos at any exchange. If you dont have them in your possesion, you don't own them and if the exchanges crashes you'll lose everything. Only stake if you can do it from your own wallet. Is not worth it.

I invest in both gbtc and bitcoin itself. Since I can’t buy bitcoin in my Roth IRA, and I still want exposure to crypto, I put everything into gbtc. It’s nice tax benefits, but it definitely is better to invest in bitcoin itself to own your own keys
