Logitech S715i upgrade. Bluetooth modul & 18650 3S BMS

Logitech S715i speaker upgrade. Install lithium battery 18650 3S BMS & BLUETOOTH module in the housing.
Make old new. Bring good Logitech speakers up to date.
By default, the Logitech S715i is battery operated with 3.6 volts. In battery operation, the BASS is automatically reduced. So not a powerful BASS. We equip the Logitech with 18650 batteries. The Logitech will then work on battery power with 12V and get the powerful BASS. We also equip it with a Bluetooth receiver, making the loudspeaker contemporary.

For Bluetooth there are now 30pin Apple Bluetooth adaptors which are a simple plug and play solution.
But I'm a purist and not a fan of gigahertz emfs so I'll just stick with the aux plug.
I got one of these speakers at a recycle center for $4. Very happy because this was designed with quality in mind. These days most speakers are crap unless you pay $150 or more.
My plan is to mod it with a LTO (lithium titanate) 12v battery pack. This way the battery will last a lifetime.

I could not find the batteries for this unit on Amazon that you recommend.
Could you please do a video how to put the 3 batteries together with the wiring to them.
I understand 3 wires go to the batteries.
