A Virgin Atlantic trip report from the VS005 in October 2016, from London Heathrow to Miami International Airport in Upper Class. A truly 5-star flight from start to finish.

Not featured in the video: 1) Miami immigration has improved so much. We touched down at 17:16 and in an Uber by 17:50. 2) WiFi speed was superb but can be patchy in places. 3) Food was great but could only give the main and burger from the Light Bites menu four stars as the Chicken Satay starter was so good. 4) Crew are not really featured but, as ever, were lovely.

I flew Heathrow to Dullas and back on the Dreamliner, it's so amazingly quiet at 40, 000 ft. It was only pleb class for me (with extra leg space) but the info screen was exactly the same as upper class and I have to say the food was pretty good and also the seats were really comfy. Virgin have left BA in the dark ages.

Great trip report!! You earned yourself a new subscriber/in December I'll be flying with British Airways for a family holiday to Singapore. :) I've travelled quite a lot in the past but it will be interesting to see what BA is like now(the last time I travelled was in December of 2013 to New Zealand with Qantas and then with Emirates on the way back). I've flown with quite a few different airlines but Singapore airlines is one of my favourites.
