I need career advice from you I completed my MBA in 2009 after which I was trying to pursue upsc for which I tried till my last attempt but I didn't pursue I was very depressed for a few years because I didn't make a career but now I am 39 i want to give a second chance to my career for which I need your advice

Since I don't have any work experience in mba no organisation is going to offer me a job so I want to do a course through which I can get a job but I am very much confused whether to pursue company secretary or DBA.
I have few doubts.

1. Is it the correct choice to pursue cs or DBA.

2. Will I get a job after completing CS as I will be 42 years after completing the course.

3.which is good for me cs or DBA.

Please advise me in this matter Thank you

mam issue of shares for discount is probihited as per sec 53 of companies act 2013 and balance sheet is not horizontal format please change
