UPDATE: LANDIS NO LONGER OPERATES IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND. In the states they do operate, they now require the minimum home purchase price to be $160,000. A minimum 680 FICO 4 credit score. A minimum monthly income of $5,000. 12 months rent payment history. No charge-offs in the past 12 months. No bankruptcies in the past 12 months

From what I Have Already Read About Landis This Is What You Did Not say. Landis Will Own Some Of Your Equity. So I Would Never Do This! Becareful Home Buyers. If It sounds too good to be true It Is. And She gets paid to explain It Like It's Easy but she doesn't tell you the down side.

No way they want a 680 fico score you can qualified through fha with a 580 fico

Thank you I tried to go through american partners and they deny me which I had a 675 middle score and I make over 40k no eviction or Federal conviction and was told I did have long enough credit history Wow It dont tell you any of that when you apply
