ALT+X is not working (anymore) on the current version of Filmora, nor does it show the button you use

Does not work when I am trying to track the license plate of a car that is moving off into the distance and the plate is getting smaller as it moves way from the camera. Is that sort of thing even possible with this program?

i am sorry but this blur effect doest not work on moving cars with speed. Especially when car is drifying. Do you have any solution
