Thundercats Roar is an upcoming animated television series based on the 1985 Thundercats cartoon and scheduled to premiere in 2019. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and airing on Cartoon Network, it's a brand new continuity from both the original series and the 2011 cartoon with a greater emphasis on comedy.

Victor Courtright; your memory and interpretation of the most epic decade for children's cartoons, disturbs me. This slapstick comedy represents nothing of what made the original Thundercats great. The TV networks would be better off re-mastering the original series into HD and broadcasting it once every ten years, so that every generation of children can feel the excitement of skidding across their parent's living room in their pyjamas, as the title sequence screams into action! I'm sure you are very capable at something, but this is not it.

Captain Man Bun has officially helped destroy a great series. Castlevania on Netflix looks great to me. Why can't they reboot it like that with great animation, and more adult story for 80's fans? Hell I was hoping for a continuation of the 2011 series. Was so excited until I see this abomination of Soy Boy Horse shit.

A watched a "ton of it". The world lends itself to comedy... Now nothing wrong with comedy but look at the fucking superjail/regular show/goofy animation they are using. Could have easily done a more comedy version of the originals with actually cool bad ass animation.
