I don't think you need to actively seek to falsify ALL your beliefs, but your beliefs should have a falsification criteria which, if met, should lead to you changing your position.

Also, Yep! The keto diet is a weird one.

Regarding falsification, and scientific skepticism vs. scientism, I've been reading some essays and talks on Susan Haack's foundherentism. I Found the journey I had to go through about coherentism and foundationalism very interesting.

Do you know of it? Any thoughts?
