The test invalid because the factor it use is number of attack ? seriously? more att speed mean more att per second.. use time taken instead of number of basic att.. eg:- att speed att 2-5x for 1att on crit att. It is not FAIR

Crit build for squishy enemies, attack speed with DHS build for tanky enemies

really bad comparisons. You should base on time not hit. And your second round damage build wasn't affected by Dominance Ice.
