Sorry folks. I somehow had old video bits from another video in the first video. Anyway, this is the most insane stereo made at the end of the tube era. Over 300 pounds, 44 tubes, 15" woofers and metal horn tweeters and wireless remote. All fully restored.

This is one of my favorite console stereos from the late 1950's - early 1960's era! This video was worth watching for over an hour just to make sure you take your time with it, in order to bring it back to active service again. As always, nice video, Seth.

Nice Mister Radio! I went through the video fast but the ending was great! Sounds awesome!

Damn, that is a beast! Nice job on it. Another classic console saved.

Here in Australia, we had HMV, Asor and Kriesler stereo consoles but nothing like what the US had.

Hmmm, so where did the Grundig come from at 1:22:03??? 😺. Must have been a long night! Congrats on quitting drinking by the way, it gives you more money to buy equipment and radios🙀

Hi where did you get the tone control with the volume treble and bass? I have the same CG restored but its still lacking good bass and your idea of adding that on was stellar. Please let me know. Thanks!

Awesome restoration! Regarding the remote, did you try tuning the frequencies for those reeds? Some of the frequencies may have drifted after 50+ years.

Did I notice that it still had the 45 adaptor?

Again, I love this video. Just curious, how much would a console like this cost?
