I was told by Danfoss Tech support that I didn’t need to multiply the motor name plate current by the service factor? I just had to add the nameplate current. Would there be a difference?

On connecting the Vfd fc302 model the motor runs in one direction only. I changed the settings to both the directions and other settings to be made? If anyone knows pls reply. TIA

How do I activate the "Hand On" button if is disabled. Everything when I want to run the motor on manual it says "Button Disabled"
