Doesn't Thyme Warp reset zombie HP? I know it doesn't balence it out cause you can just use puffball or heath seeker to delete everything, but it is something to consider.

Fun fact: hot potato has a second use, once upgraded to level 5, if an octopus is trapping your plant, you can use hot potato to remove the octopus

I'd bump Solar tomato up a few ranks. Especially since we're talking about PVZ2 here.
Zombie spam is REALLY common in this game and getting Solar Tomato to hit more than 5 zombies is pretty easy, but where solar tomato truly shines are last stand levels, literally jjst kill the first zombie then like 20 zombies will spawn next, letting solar tomato immediately give you a HUGE stack of sun for you to do whatever you want with it.
I will admit that it took me a LONG while to see his true power. I could even say it even outclasses plants like gold bloom or since it's recharge rate is decent too, having 25 seconds recharge, compared to gold blooms god awful 75 second recharge.
