i worked at a hiking goods store in high school and college. black friday was always horrendous. luckily, most of the customers were nice since they were the “crunchy” kind of people. i will never be mean to a retail worker during the holiday season. they are overworked, exhausted, and burned out.

People complaining about staffing is my pet peeve. As if we want to work like j offs for 8-10 hours. Call corporate, I promise they won’t do anything. Max profits and minimum staffing is the corporate way.
