Vader can hold an entire ocean, so I think he can use force stasis/freeze to stop Homelander in place were he can crush him.

Vader can react to lightspeeds, with many feats to back that up. He has dodged and deflected blaster bolts, which are referred to as light speed projectiles, he has reacted to Sidious’s lightning.

Vader has survived a blast as powerful as the Death Star in the comics and has survived falling from space. He has more and better feats. He has also been essentially nuked.
