All week the tension was building within me. Day by day it slowed me down until I finally hit that brick wall and became completely consumed by the grief and fear and pain. It felt like the life was being crushed out of me. So I spent a whole day just laying in silence with it. No music, no tv, no games, no reaching out to anyone or going out anywhere, I just sat with it. I let the tears flow when they wanted to, let the thoughts roll out as they wanted to, and I just held myself thru it without attachment. I slept so deeply that night and by the next day the world was much sweeter. I spent my morning outside in my garden taking in the sunshine and fresh air with some of the neighborhood cats that hang out with me. I could feel the life coming back to me very gently and slowly. Then I felt called to clean my house, as if mirroring the clearing I had done within myself, making more space for more blessings and light to come in ✨💚✨. Now today feels like magic ✨🤩✨ and I am so light and free and aligned!!! 🥰

I remember when I joined the PLT, at that time I was still thinking "I'll check it out for a month and than I move on" I saw the section of the Zero Point Zone and didn't believe it was possible. Until I actually tried it and WOW... Now almost a year later, I visit the zero point zone at least 2 times a day. It's one of my favorite parts of the membership.
I'm clearly still a PLT member and I advise everyone to join the PLT bc it is life changing.

I spent the first half of the day drowning in negativity being triggered and loops of limiting programs. I listened to this twice and decided to go to work feeling it all with neutrality. I didnt get very far because all the anger and negativity mostly if not completely evaporated! It's like the bully ran away when it realized I had an effective weapon and was fixing to use it. I've been dissolving all blockages I could find for maybe the last 10 years. Nowadays I'm in this place of neutrality and mental stillness pretty much all the time. Especially during the last few weeks I've been able to reach a point where there's only love without a sense of self or judgement. Everything just is what it is. There's no longer a will to do or become or force anything, just being and watching life unfold. It appears that all fear has vanished with the knowing that I am this love that is always there underneath everything that seems to be going on.

Neutrality is in the heart so no, you're not a zombie or not caring about anything, that is service to self. You're out of the ego mind and in your heart and operate from there, not your brain in analyzing it. I am so at peace and living from my heart, I observe what is going on outside of me and fully integrated within through my heart with love and compassion. Most don't realize emotional love is from the mental/mind/ego, not from the heart. I transmute energy and put out intentions through the heart. Neutrality is on the vibration scale of humanity. The moment you said opening the door slightly, I felt golden light coming through and I just could’t care that much anymore about the inner conflict of “this is good and that is bad”. It was all Light and I felt Light and not as dense as I was feeling before. Thanks Kerry. As a clinically trained psychotherapist I obviously work with analysis and dialogue. Some approaches are very much about the embodiment of dark/light, top dog/underdog. Integration leads to assimilation. When you resist, it persists. However, most clients want to analyse and resist the embodiment and integrating approaches. There needs to be someone to blame and there needs to be a victim.
