Man arrested after family says he accidentally brought guns to Mexico border

A Gilbert family is fighting to get their son back from Mexico after they say he accidentally brought a gun to the border and was arrested.

It sounds like he did not notify border patrol that he had a gun in his car before they did the search. The fact that they didn’t know about a gun until after they did the search, makes it look like he was trying to smuggle it

🤣 it's called common sense. This is why you don't go to Mexico or take a gun anywhere outside the states on a plane even while driving a vehicle. Every state doesn't have the same guns laws or open carry.
