If you ever have a problem roaming overseas on your T-Mobile / AT&T iPhone, give this a quick look.

My mothers iPhone 6s would never work when we travelled international, even to Canada. We were on the same cellular plan and I also had 6s and had international coverage. Called the provider customer service, went to a store, no one could figure out how to resolve.

My kid is in Japan with T-Mobile 5gb international data but after a few days it becomes too slow eventhough she only used 2gb out of 5gb.
Then we decided to purchase 5GB (10 days) travel pass for $35. I am disappointed that the basic international data is too slow. They said it is only 256kbps. I will try this on another phone when we are in Japan.
