Excellent advice Dan! I think you nailed the 4 roles. IMO the biggest hurdle entrepreneurs face is the embracing of sales. Thanks Dan for laying the foundation for others.

Hey Dan! Loved the video and the value. How would you go on building a team for low-priced saas products? My product is just $5, and we are just in a MVP launch phase. Would the process differ during the MVP phase and after the product-market fit?

Is there a specific sales model you would recommend for a low-priced saas product? For us as a low-priced saas product having an Account/Sales Executive isn't an option.

Hi Dan, just discovered your videos and they're really helpful. In one of them you said to have two sales people so you can determine whether it's the sales person or the product that's not working. So if you also need an administrator to process the emails/orders, are you saying with my available budget i should hire 2 sales people and one administrator to start off? thanks.
