Here is my review of the 3FUL Gear Rain Poncho - I had the 15T version which is lightweight. For reference, I am 5ft 2" and this fitted me on the height, but the cuffs were baggy and let in the rain.

Thank you for watching.

Given its cost re the sleeves itd be easy to customize by inserting some elastic through the wrist opening with a draw toggle .. like the hood arrangement?

Great review, how breathable did you find the poncho?

Lovely review, thank you Julia. Few questions since I'm about to get one soon. I walk with poles, do you find slevees important? Asking since if water comes in anyway maybe I'll just get the non sleeves version with the tarp option, I guess you don't get wet inside with that one just on the arm pits? And then the real big final question, how did you find it in the wind? Does the belt works to keep it down?

So, for me the reason I'd wear a poncho on a long distance walk, particularly in hilly areas, is to avoid overheating when climbing. Coats almost always cause me to sweat when exerting myself and I often wonder whether I get wetter from sweat or the rain. I have a short sleeved Quecha poncho and am testing it. So far so good and I haven't found myself to be hot when climbing in rain. How do you get on with heat build up on this one, particularly as you have long sleeves and no apparent vents?

I like ponchos but find them awkward trying to get in and out of my tent on rainy nights to take a leak. I found myself carrying a rain jacket and the poncho. As of now I only carry a rain jacket which services no purpose at all. Lol

Does water get in that neck hole if you don't wear a cap? Still holding up good?
