@Ricky Lee - You don't have to delete them, but it just saves space. If you're using Quick Swipe Comping and a take folder to create a composite take, it actually saves system resources to flatten the takes (which doesn't delete them, but just moves them out of the arrange window).

Also, when you SAVE AS, make sure that include the Audio Files checkbox is checked at the bottom. If you are working with external samples in EXS24 or Ultrabeat, make sure that those boxes are checked as well. You can also make sure that the "Apple Sound Library" box is checked if you have some loops that your friend doesn't.

Loving these tutorials - when exporting to wav files - is it possible to somehow pad silence on the front/back of each track so that all wav files are the same duration and start at 0:00 and thus easier to import to different system?

The quality sucks (or just changes) when exporting to iTunes, what can do I do to keep the quality that it is when it's in Logic X Pro? Thank you!

You should be able to just SAVE like normal (File > Save). Just make sure that you take the entire Project Folder, not just the Project file, and it should work. I did have a little glitch that says "Cannot open this file" with a few projects when I move them from my studio to my laptop. Just right-click on the Logic X project and choose "Open With > Logic X" to get around this.

Audio File is greyed out in my Logic Pro. You've got a bunch of stuff going on in your Project. Do I have to create some sort of track first for the Audio file to imported into?
