The vocal ranking is hugely based on Vocal Support and then Technique, Consistency, pitch, etc were taken into consideration.

From Heejin and Up are the idols who have support even if it's shallow or inconsistent it's better than having none.
Except for Minnie who is ranked higher than idols like Sihyeon, Mia, Yuqi (These two have support and are the strongest in their groups)
I didn't want to deal with Forevers and Neverlands, I already put on my big-boy pants and placed Sieun lower (WAY lower)

Notice how Ningning is one of the youngest ( 19) on this list and she’s literally ranked 2nd out of 60 peopel. Girly just debuted a year ago. And she’s already getting this high? Yeah Ningning truly is 4th gens best vocalist. I would definitely giver her an b+/A- she’s been showing improvements and her live singing when on variety shows is so beautiful. She’s so stable and versatile. I dread no one is beating her.

A lot of people in the comments are doubting Karina's vocals when she IS one of the best vocalists in the 4th generation of Kpop. Simple, go listen to Savage and Dreams Come True, she have a really healthy and beautiful vibrato, her A4 notes are developed. "But she above main vocalists and lead vocalists" yes she is because her vocals are good.
By the way I desagree Tzuyu's vocal ranking, actually she deserve way better, I think she's better than Yeri, Tzuyu is actually the 6th best vocalist in Twice. Mina and Chaeyoung are so low in vocals, they can support, shallow but they have some sense of support.
Also I don't think that Jeongyeon is the worst dancer like I've no idea about dancing but some professional dancers said that she's not bad as people makes her be. Other than that the rest of the ranking is debatable because the sub vocals are all underdeveloped and don't have materials to be analysed, so I agree with you, only Tzuyu, Mina and Chaeyoung positions that I desagree.
Yes, Stayc members are not that good in singing, people need to understand that. Everyone can do high notes but we need to analyse if the high notes are healthy or have proper technique, this is more important.

The fact that E:U is in the top 4 of best rappers speaks volumes given the fact that compared to all of the rappers there have a lot of rap lines in their songs while E:U still delivers versatility and flow with the little lines they give her. She's very good

Only fools would doubt SM vocalist superiority. While I love Jihyo (my Twice bias) i would put Seulgi over her and for dance Momo 1 and (unpopular opinion) Seulgi 2nd. I just love how sharp Seulgi's dancing is.

Also not just saying this cause Wendy is my ult but if she were in the rap line she'd be right up there.
