Its not that I believe everything is in the Scriptures, but rather that being the Word of God, Scripture is unique in its perfection and infallibility.

Human institutions are prone to errors and corruption over time. But the Word of God stands alone as the highest level of authority and infallibility.

Interesting take however the point John was making in John 21 was not relating to Church practice nor doctrine but to emphasize the infinitude of Christ’s work and glory.

If this is true then we need to throw out Paul’s exhortation to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:16-17
All scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction and for training in righteousness that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

God told us what we needed to know. I don't think any Christian ever thought everything is in the Bible. Traditions, beware of traditions. Often times they have pagan origins.

The guy in this video has a major problem! He has no clue about salvation!

This video preaches another gospel !! Does the Guy in the video know what the Gospel is?

We are judged by Paul's "MY GOSPEL", ROMANS 2:16 KJV !!

Paul said of his gospel ..."If our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are LOST" .... in 2 Corinthians 4:3 KJV

The guy in this video can NOT tell you what Paul's gospel is, meaning he is LOST !!

Jesus and the twelve disciples, NEVER taught Paul's gospel when Jesus walked this earth !! WHY, you ask? The answer is found in 1 Corinthians 2:7-8 KJV-- THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER CRUCIFIED THE LORD OF GLORY !!

The guy in this video has NO UNDERSTANDING OF Romans 16:25 KJV and Ephesians 3:9 KJV

Paul taught the MYSTERIES, which is made very clear in 1 Corinthians 2:7 KJV, meaning that before Paul, Jesus and the twelve disciples never taught what Paul taught while Christ walked this earth! Remember Paul came AFTER the CROSS, he never knew Christ in the flesh !!

Ask this guy in this video what Paul's Gospel is, he can't tell you, and he won't tell you !! BECAUSE HE IS LOST i.e. NOT SAVED !!!

As far as everything not being in scripture, it is because everything is NOT SCRPTURE !! THOSE THINGS outside of the KJV Bible, are NOT SCRIPTURE /GOD INSPIERED, PERIOD !!

Key words being by our word or our epistle.

The instruction man needs is only found in the scripture. All extracurricular literature wasn’t given by inspiration and therefore, only good for lining a bird cage.

Ironically, as a Protestant who didn't believe in tradition because I needed the I'm Orthodox (not yet Baptised) now, and it's because of only the Bible I saw Tradition was/is important.

There should be no disagreement between the church and scripture, and where there is, the church is in the wrong.

Scripture DOES NOT contradict itself. Therefore if anyone goes against what we have: 4 gospels, Acts, apostles' letters and Revelation then they are against the Word of God, Jesus Christ

Dishonest to quote John 21:25 out of context. John just says not everything Jesus did can be found written down, but that does NOT mean the teachings of scripture alone are insufficient. Especially considering that Jesus Christ Himself is the Word (scripture) as Flesh (John 1:14). All things were made through Christ who is eternal, so it couldn't all fit into books.

If you trivialize the Word, you trivialize Jesus Christ.

How can we trust that the tradition we have today is the tradition practiced by the early church? And how can we know what their tradition was if it was never recorded? (Curious protestant here)
