As a tech worker on the political right you know to STFU if you want your job. Hell, to get hired interviews will prod to try to "figure you out" without overtly asking political questions. You learn to hide even signs of what you believe because if they figure you out your life will get worse.

I worked in tech startups in Seattle 2010 - 2021. I was always the lone libertarian ex military guy... the amount of political bias was insufferable. My last gig in Seattle the CEO gave everybody a day off to go join the BLM "protest" going on downtown. Pretty sure some people got killed that day.
