As a child you saw those food stands in the mall and you were determined to make your own stall a reality.
You studied, you perfected a recipe, you got the loan, and you achieved your dream stall - its not your fault malls are a dying breed and the only way they approved your loan was because the amount was infinitesimally small due to the basically nonexistent market and backlog of repossessed food carts.
