I've literally been troubleshooting this online for years. This is the first video that made it all connect. I intimidate people but try to be nice. I can walk into a room and people are staring at me, even though I don't have any strange visual features. I don't like the spotlight but can't seem to avoid it and it's definitely not mental- I've been told that I have a strong presence by others as well. If I speak or ask a question, everyone turns their heads abruptly to look at me. I'm an extrovert but don't hang out with people often. Even family wonders why, and this video explains exactly how I feel- I need the solitude to be myself and am sensitive to others' energy. I often feel pressure from others to show up when I'm too busy.
