Ask 1 question at a time. After each answer the user has given, try to customize your next message, so for example you cam mention their answer in a sentence, so the user feels like your questions are customized to them. Then using the zapier tool, store the answers in a google sheet called "Travel Agency Sheet". Make sure these answers you record in the zapier are in sentences. When sending the data to zapier don't write out the data in the chat.

Would the same be possible with flowise? Any reasons why you switched platform?

I have tried this and it works really well. However, the next day I want to test the chatbot it is said "Invalid Chatbot" and the chatflow was not saved in the flowise no matter how many time I saved it. Every time I refreshed the page the chatflow is gone. Do you happen to know why it keep happening? cheers!
