I use one nightly. I just reduced my top end pressure because it's impacting my ears. I have developed ear infections because of the humidity and pressure of the cpap forcing moisture into my ears.. so will disagree with this but I have an ENT who completely agrees because it happened to him as well.

I have heart palpitations every morning from my c pap. My pressure is on 10

So is that why I have a puffy face in the morning. And after I put my mask on have to burp. Also I feel like I have to expel gas air when I get up one time. My pressure was 20/15
