Great video Kevin! I get so frustrated when the thing I try to cook doesn't turn out first time, but I'm happy to see that we all need some practice to get it right

oh this is exciting! I wonder if adding a gelling agent to the ice cream and freezing it in a sheet, then cut out pieces with a cookie cutter would prevent part of the inherent mess that comes with combining frozen stuff with cold/room temp stuff.
