In this video, I'm going to talk about SOMA breathwork meditation for relaxation and stress relief. SOMA awakening technique is our most popular technique and it has different elements to it. It trains you for oxygen efficiency, and it also improves your fitness stamina and generally improves your well-being. It is a great way to also get into deep meditative states where you can actually reprogram the unconscious mind very effectively and set intentions. With this version of the meditation you will be in the state of tranquility and bliss using the 4:8 breathing pattern.
Make sure you only use your nose to breathe, even on exhale.
You do not need to take full deep breaths,
Just keep the rhythm and make sure you breathe diaphragmatically
