How To Quickly: Set Videos As Your Desktop Background - FOR FREE!

Ever wanted to have an animated scene or video as your desktop background in Windows 10 without using paid software? Well, watch this video or do the following:

2. Extract the .zip file
4. If you get a message about a patch being applied, press "Ok" and run the program again.
5. Choose a video you want as your background and click "open".
6. Watch my video for more info on adjusting or muting video volume/booting the program on startup if you are interested.

There is a slightly better alternative on steam called "Wallpaper engine" - it does cost a bit of money but it does support audio responsive wallpapers, and online videos, I believe.

I'm guessing this goes OVER the existing background, so a user who uses an online account in Windows 10 wouldn't need to turn off desktop wallpaper syncing.
