As far as i know, Mel is filming The Passion of the Christ: Resurrection, hopefully it will be released on February 2024. Remember, there was spiritual warfare during the filming of Passion of the Christ.

I don't think "supplying of services" means "ordination" or involves any doubt on the validity. A similar thing can be done with baptism where the real baptism (of which there's no doubt) was carried out without the proper ceremony (i.e. in danger of death).
What these priests *may* be doing is "fixing" their ordination with a traditional rite, without an intention to actually reordain.
