How to enable the Nintendo Switch to power ON & OFF your TV

So how do I make my TV turn off, WHEN I make the Switch go into sleep mode...
cause the switch will turn off, when I turn my TV off.. but not the other way around.

I have a question I was able to do this with my switch but just recently I went to turn my switch on with remote and notice my tv didnt turn on like normal I check everything and it's the same just not sure why this feature isn't working like its supposed to any ideas?

Well I’ve got Cec on and all, the problem is that when I turn my switch on, the tv doesn’t. so I have to do it manually but when I turn the tv off, the switch does aswell so it seems like it works but it doesn’t...

How do you turn your switch on with a pro controller??? I have a black and white Smash Bros themed Switch Pro Controller. But it won't power on my Switch!!! 😩
