Do you recommend I block their faces or just focus in on the art? Also, how many items would you recommend for the digital portfolio? Thanks DJ

I have a bachelors degree in graphic design but have done two successful artist in residences at a grade school (one that I ran completely from start to finish) plus have done countless private art lessons and I REALLY want to become a full time art teacher. Do i need to go back to school to get a teaching degree?
