He's my son's little hero, Cat takes a bullet and saves 3 year old in York

We've all heard that cats have nine lives and Opie is no exception. Early Thursday morning a stray bullet went through a window in Angelica Sipe's home. "It took me a second to realize what just happened. The first thing I did was check on my son and he was sound asleep. Then I saw my cat on the floor and that's when I realized my cat was shot," said Sipe.

why do people say "there was the option to put him down"? No that's not an option if the cat has a chance to live a normal kitty life. Would you say that to a human? Well we could always put your son down if surgery is too expensive.

I'm glad she decided to keep the cat and get him all the surgeries, I'm in the medical area and I know that if all the surgeries go well and she does the steps she's given to get him better he'll be back to normal and acting like the cute baby he is

if they are caught they should be charged with reckless endangering and attempted murder! stray bullet or no stray bullet, the gun was fired! and they should even add cruelty to animals too, even though the cat wasn't the target, THE CAT STILL GOT HIT!
