Visiting Japan's CRAZIEST GTR Tuning Shop & Collection *INSANE*

In today's video we start out by visiting one of Japan's most well known GTR Tuning shops, Mines. We got to see the legendary R34 GTR and where they build their engines. It is always a pleasure getting see GTR Legends and where they work. Next up we got the unique opportunity to visit the Nissan Heritage Collection to see probably the Rarest collection of Skylines, GTRs, etc ever!

Dustin, many of these AirBnB houses in the Tokyo suburbs are actually owned by American investors who bought hundreds of abandoned houses for pennies on the dollar. None of these investors actually visited or seen these houses in person. These Japanese AirBnB houses are managed by local Japanese rental agencies who receive a commission for every visitor they get. I was told by my friends to never stay in these older Japanese AirBnB houses. They are often poorly managed and not well maintained. Most people think that when they get an AirBnB house in Japan, it was managed by the local owners with care. But that is never the case. They are usually owned by American investors and managed by people who do not care about the guests.

I definitely feel you on the Airbnb situation. One of the Airbnb’s I had in shinjuku just canceled on me right when I was coming back from Osaka. Dude was Airbnbing his apartment which the landlord didn’t approve. Luckily I found a great couple that was able to let me Airbnb my last week in Tokyo. Turned out to be the nicest apartment on my trip.

Mine's Motorspots, Heritage Museum, UP Garage are all legendary spots!! I remember 📚 reading Super Street and DSport magazine heavily about these locales. Hopefully Mega Masa can take you JUN Auto Works during your stay. 💯✌️
