I have experienced this thing, in 2024 Feb, I got uncontrollable cough with blood in that, and it diagnosed as savere lung infection due to fastfood like noodles and manchurian.

Street food vendors come at different levels. Some sell hygienic foods with less trans fat, butter and other unhealthy things. Some are extremely unhygienic and loaded with unhealthy things. It is not just street food vendors, even reputed restaurants also fall under such broad spectrum.

Now the problem is people have made street and restaurant food a part of their daily diet due to various reasons. So obviously the prolonged exposure of unhealthy and unhygienic food will impact your body. But if you intake street food and restaurant food in moderation and keep home cooked food as your daily diet, you will never have problems untill you eat something that is beyond limit. So moderation is the key always. Choice is yours.
