12.4.3 has been performing much better than 12.3.6 for me in Montreal. We have two 2022 model with FSD but one is running 12.4.3 and the other is still on 12.3.6 The car with 3.6 isn’t getting used nearly as much as the one with 4.3

FYI, regarding Lithium refining: countries outside of China whoa are already refining Lithium include Australia, the United States, and Chile.
Australia has a significant presence in lithium mining and refining, with several companies operating in the country. The United States has been increasing its Efforts to develop lithium refining capabilities, with companies like Tesla and AMG Lithium announcing plans to build facilities in the US.
Chile, as part of the "lithium triangle" along with Argentina and Bolivia, is also a major player in lithium production and refining. These countries are working to reduce their dependence on China for lithium refining and to develop their own capabilities in this area.

John Carmack has lots of followers not because of his recent AI work, but because he his the co-founder of ID Software the makers of the games Doom and Quake amongst others and whose 3D engine was used in other classic games like Half-Life and Call Of Duty.

If Tesla make the ultra inexpensive robo-taxi, the could break ARK invests model for it to be even cheaper than running costs of ARKs running costs model. I’m assuming here they modeled based purely on standard car and not an ultra cheap robotaxi
