You could have a folding mattress, which you open only when going to sleep, on top of the 2-inch one. Then you could have an even more comfortable bed

Good stuff. One thing I haven't seen anyone do yet is custom make a freshwater tank for the roof rack which would gravity feed water for showers. It doesn't have to be a huge tank but something adequate enough to give you about three to four showers per fill up. The only problem would be cold weather. I'm quite sure the outdoor shower option would be a scratch. Nice set up, thanks for sharing!
