Cerulean Blue/Orange (Ocaldo/Pound shop)
Copper/Silver (Ocaldo)
Burnt Siena/ Cerulean Blue (Brunell Franklin)
Cadmium Red/Titanium White (Artina)
Black/Yellow (Artina)

I used a ratio of 10g Paint, 4g Jacksons pouring Medium, 3g MPG, Water to consistency.

I need to start out on a CD never done puddle pour

This was a really neat idea, using multiple colors in your puddles! As for the ones that you don't like and don't want to gesso, there's a simple way to solve the problem. Soak the CD in water for a bit (half an hour or longer, cold water is fine) until the acrylic paint is soft in one spot and then peel it off. If you've painted on the silver side, peeling the paint off should also remove the silver, although you may have to use tape to get the rest. Duct tape works but so does masking tape. I haven't tried painters tape. I also have never needed to gesso any of the CDs I've used, even if I pour on the clear side, but then I don't use any silicone. That might cause the pits in the paint which would create holes if it isn't gesso-primed.
