Outdoor Eco-Classroom | Retool Your School | The Home Depot

Congratulations to Florida A&M University, the 2016 Cluster 1 - $30,000 winner of The Home Depot’s Retool Your School Campus Improvement Grant Program! The school used the grant funds to build an outdoor eco-classroom that includes raised bed herb and vegetable gardens, seating areas, and a mural that serves as a representation of heritage and growth within the FAMU community. The Outdoor Eco-Classroom not only provides hands-on learning experiences for the students but also allows the school to give back to those in need with food cultivated during the year.
