Context: psychopathic hitman who stopped for gas randomly decides to either spare or kill this random gas station clerk based off the outcome of the coin flip. Fortunately he got it right so he lives

Felt so bad for the poor guy. He was just trying to be nice. Shit like this is why people mind their own business

Music ruins the perfect tension created in this scene with the feeling of the gas station owner knowing he’s in danger but not the gravity of the situation

I hate these hyper condensed, highly edited shorts of famous movie moments. It ruins the painstaking process the filmmakers went through to get the lighting, timing, context, sound and script perfect. This is a great scene because of those things and this edit ruins it by distorting the colour, resolution, timing, context, sound (by adding the god awful overused music) and the conversation. Just watch the movie, it's good.

It's a great scene but for once it's actually just ruining the whole thing to put corny ass sigma music in the background
