Arroz Caldo/ Lugaw na the best! (Chicken Porridge)

Arroz caldo is a Filipino rice and chicken porridge infused with ginger and garnished with toasted garlic, onion leaves, and black pepper. It is usually served with calamansi or fish sauce as condiments, as well as a hard-boiled egg - SOURCE: Wikipedia.
Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice
1/4 chicken
1 pk Chicharon (Pork Rind)
1 clove Onion
1/2 clove Garlic
1 small Ginger
1 pc Chicken Cube
1 tbsp Ground Black pepper
2 tbsp Kasubha (Saffron)
1 clove Toasted Garlic
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 pcs Onion Leaves or Spring Onion
4 pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
