I think the Ramsey team needs an automated calculator that the production people in the booth can punch in the numbers from the callers and display the stats and percentages to the hosts. I have seen Dave do the math in his head but maybe the others hosts could benefit from the automated calculator. Those numbers would be displayed on a large monitor visible by the hosts.

There are some calls with a personalities that go well and then there are ones like this where It's hard to listen to as they miss telling this guy to sell his home and that's what he desperately needs to do - unless he sees a very significant income increase in the very near future
