being mad that the lot doesn’t go up to the sidewalk is not an irrational anger, it is completely justified. Like that’s just bad design…. they could at least make a cement path that connects the sidewalk to the edge of the lot. I don’t even care if that means i would have to match the cement in every build lol i would prefer that

as someone who lives in Mexico, i can say that this house REALLY reminds me of the houses u can find here (especially the outside), except that it's either new or in better shape, because most houses like that here are more worn out
BUT IT LOOKS VERY COOL!!
also the axolotl and the dog give me strong Alebrije vibes (if someone who doesn't know what an Alebrije is is reading this just google it)

to be fair a lot of homes in hot/humid places wouldn't use rugs much at all, like we only have a rug under our couch and even then it's more decoration than useful. like the last thing you'd wanna do while sitting down for dinner is have your feet overly warm or risk dropping food into a rug? we'd also not ever put it under the bed because we prefer to place our feet on cool floors when we wake up

As a Mexican viewer and player I'm absolutely in love with this expansion pack! The build/buy is so good and so accurate for the homes we're used to live here. It's amazing how many tiny and awesome details it has. I've never in my life expected to see such a familiar build in the sims, it's like I'm seeing my home there and it's so so so nice, I'm so exited to actually play with this pack.🇲🇽❤️

I unironically LOVE this build because, knowingly or not, Kayla went out of her comfort zone so much!! Everything is so vibrsnt and colourful, so patterned, a bit mismatched, it's so beautiful!!!

I’m soo excited for round pools !! I love to give my houses above ground pools and it just looks off with square pools but now it’ll be muuuch more realistic

The fact that the peach color wall is exactly the color my house was painted... I can finally recreate my house with this pack 😂 Don't worry if the doors don't match, here in Mexico the houses you can find in some old neighborhoods don't have matching doors either.

I'm so excited to build with this pack. I know it's not everyones style or in everyones comfort zone, but i LOVE mexican architecture and building styles.
And honestly, this house wasn't nearly chaotic enough
