This could be a simple mistake on She Hulk writer's part or by the actor.
Or.. they never actually showed Captain America's death in Falcon and the Winter Soldier just the characters lack of emotional preparing for his funeral.
Could Captain America be traveling in time fighting villains like the Red Guadian as suggested in Black Willow or.. a simple mistake as suggested above. 🤔

You think he slept with just one? He was on a USO tour with a bunch of women that needed bras and back zippers done/undone while looking like a blonde and blue eyed slab of beef. Word of his legendary stamina had to have gotten out too and the other girls on the tour probably wanted to experience it first hand.
