Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs: Angry Gummy Bears Scene
What’s happening in this Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs movie clip?
Flint’s (Bill Hader) is going down a hole with a rope held by Sam (Anna Faris). However, turbulences cause Sam to drop the cord for a moment, making Flint fall. Sam quickly gets the cord back but cuts herself on an almond biscuit. Because of her nut allergy, this causes Sam’s body to swell. Flint notices the reaction and decides to let go of the cord in order for Sam to quickly get treatment. Flint hopefully survives the fall and gets nearer to the machine center.
During this time, Brent (Andy Samberg) takes Anna with him while fleeing from the chicken army. Anna calls Manny (Benjamin Bratt) and Steve (Neil Patrick Harris) and asks them to pick Brent and her up with their plane. But before doing so, Manny and Steve have to fight a bunch of aggressive gummy bears.
What’s the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs about?
Flint Lockwood (Bill Hader) lives with his fisherman father Tim (James Caan) and his pet monkey Steve (Neil Patrick Harris) in Swallow Falls, an island in the Atlantic Ocean with an economy focused on sardines. When, one day, the world decides that sardines are unsavory, Swallow Falls’ economy falls and its people are forced to subsist on a diet based almost exclusively on sardines. Flint, who always has dreamt to be a scientist, decides to help the city by inventing a device that will change water into food.
After several failed attempts to plug his machine, Flint loses hopes in his invention. But that’s when a burger rain starts pouring on the city, showing that the experiment worked and attracting the attention of news networks as well as that of Samantha Sparks (Anna Farris), an aspiring weather reporter.
